With a surface area of approximately 95 m², it offers a spacious, bright living room with a flat-screen TV, a decorative wood-burning stove, and above all a stunning panoramic sea view that will take your breath away!

The fully equipped kitchen will meet all your needs: induction cooktop, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and more.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm RAPIDO-style sofa bed, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190 cm and 80x200 cm).
The first two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony.

There is a shower room with a walk-in shower and double vanity, as well as a separate toilet area with an additional shower and WC.

For your comfort: access to all TV channels, including the sports package, and a washing machine available.

Please note: a few steps must be climbed to reach the entrance of the residence, and again before accessing the elevator.
