Upstairs, the bright living room and fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher…) open onto a sunny terrace, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing on the lounge chairs.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom with direct access to the terrace (one 140 cm bed and one 90 cm bed), a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and separate toilets.

The garden-level apartment, accessible independently, features a small summer kitchen, a large bedroom opening onto the garden with a 160 cm bed and a TV, and a shower room with toilet.

Outside, the large enclosed garden, planted with trees and flowers, is perfect for children to play safely. The house also offers a pedestrian gate, an electric driveway gate, a garage for one car, and additional parking on the property.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
