The Saint Fraimbault gîte is located in a peaceful, wooded setting in the heart of the Loir Valley, just 35 minutes from Le Mans.
Nestled in lush greenery, visitors can relax and enjoy the tranquility and peace of the location. In a detached house, the gîte is very well-equipped and offers all modern comforts. It features a private entrance, a gate, private parking with a large shaded garden, and a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also provided.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.). A large living room with a lounge and dining area, and a flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin, and washing machine. A separate toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a mezzanine with a sofa bed (140cm wide) for two people.
High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional €10 per person. A cleaning fee of €70 is mandatory for business travelers.
