Do you know Les Marmites de Géant? Let's start the discovery. The hamlet of Marnod is located on the heights of the village at an altitude of 700 m. In this small town of Saint Germain de Joux, gigantic cylindrical hollows 2 to 3 m deep. The Semine and its tributary the Combet are the only ones responsible for this natural beauty. For the most seasoned or the most athletic, why not try the mountain circuit. After these rhythmic atmospheres of climbs or descents, relax near one of the three lakes of Haut Bugey. Choose from Nantua lake, Sylans lake and why not the Petit Canada of Haut Bugey? For the winter season, about 6 km away, Giron is, depending on the season, a real paradise for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. With its 1000 m altitude, kilometers of trails for everyone.
