Léa & Maxime welcome you to a lovely traditional Bressian farmhouse from the end of the 19th century, carefully restored, nestled on the edge of a literal "postcard holiday road", totally exotic, historic "alley" lined with 400 plane trees (classified heritage "). Residential hamlet nestled on the edge of a wood, a stone's throw from the gentle surrounding countryside, very close to the heart of the village. Equipped with numerous amenities (including supermarket), a remarkable level of leisure facilities (indoor swimming pool all year round supplemented by an outdoor pool, fun "multi-activity area" with city stadium, skate park, games children...) and two developed fishing ponds ("no-kill" carpodrome / other with "sports course"), the typical village of Saint-Germain-du-Bois also benefits from a preserved bucolic setting, dotted numerous ponds & rivers, combining fields of crops, green bocage meadows & wild forests (to be explored during peaceful walks or bike rides).
