-This beachfront holiday home in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay is no less than a paradise for beach lovers. With 2 lovely rooms for 5 people, the beach by the side and a garden, the home is ideal for a small group of friends.

The coastal surrounding offers everything one would expect from a seaside location. With the grocery store, popular bakeries and restaurants in just 500 m, a hike to the nature park is a major highlight. Normandy region sees the best of both summer and the winter world. Ranging from an island series to hike trails leading to little villages, the versatile region is not going to disappoint you.

The duplex comes with comfortable bedrooms which are extremely clean and tastefully furnished. After an entire day of exploring, microwaved Mac and cheese with wine coming straight from the kitchen to the fenced garden where the hot barbecue grills wait for you with tender dishes on it. This has to be the ideal home with that level of homely comfort.
