Ma plus mauvaise expérience en 20 ans de location touristique à Saint Gervais et ailleurs. Appartement exiguë et vieillissant : le lit de la chambre ne fait qu’1,2m de large, le lit superposé est branlant, les oreillers sont enfoncés, l’ampoule du couloir est à nu et celle de la cuisine ne fonctionne pas, le sèche linge est rouillé, vous vivez avec les voisins sur la terrasse et partagez l’appartement avec des araignées.Attention surtout à la pratique de l’agence gestionnaire sur les cautions : malgré l’état de l’appartement et un formulaire d’entrée très sommaire qui ne détaille pas les équipements et ustensiles, je me suis fait notifier après mon départ le retrait de 56 euros pour le remplacement de deux casseroles que je n’avais jamais utilisées, au motif que je n’avais pas pris l’initiative de mentionner à l’entrée que leur fond comprenait un dépôt indélébile. Soyez donc particulièrement méticuleux pour détailler à l’entrée toutes les traces d’usure ou de détérioration, y compris sur des éléments ou accessoires ne figurant pas explicitement sur l’état des lieux.
