We renovated this cottage which now combines authenticity and modernity. Decor and panoramic views of Mont Blanc will immerse you in the heart of the Savoyard atmosphere.

On the ground floor a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.

Upstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area with a sofa bed and a normal sofa. There are also two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds, two toilets and two bathrooms, one with bath.

Enjoy the quiet and sunshine the cottage. Feel free to use the terrace and barbecue in nice weather!

If there is no TV there are many board games for evening entertainment.

You will also find all the equipment for raclette and fondue Savoyard.
During your stay at this chalet, you'll be within walking distance of Bettex-Arbois Ski Lift. Enjoy features like laundry facilities.

TrĂšs beau logement. Il est nĂ©cessaire d'ĂȘtre vĂ©hiculĂ©. Il ne manque rien dans ce chalet. TrĂšs cocooning. La vue sur le Mont Blanc est top et mĂȘme de votre lit. La rĂ©partition des piĂšces est idĂ©ale pour que chacun puisse avoir son intimitĂ©. Des chemins de randonnĂ©es sont accessibles Ă  pied et en qqs minutes en voiture. Je recommande vivement.

Vue du chalet splendide, chalet trĂšs confortable et trĂšs fonctionnel. En revanche, il faut prĂ©ciser qu’il y a une pente pour accĂ©der au chalet et la route est trĂšs passante la journĂ©e. Il faut faire trĂšs attention en sortant du chalet.

Sehr nett gestaltetes massives Haus mit allem was man braucht. Gelegen ist es d es etwas abseits aller Hektik aber dennoch verkehrsnah und der Blick aus der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Man hat die gewĂŒnschte PrivatsphĂ€reund etwas Garten. Am besten ist es mit dem Auto erreichbar und das Auto ist auch fĂŒr die schönsten Wanderungen notwendig.

5 jours formidables pour des retrouvailles familiales ! L'esprit du chalet y est pour beaucoup : bien agencé pour accueillir 12 pers voire 14, chaleureux et bien équipé avec confort et commodités Grande terrasse et vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc et les sommets enneigés, un moment unique au petit déjeuner TrÚs bon rapport qualité prix Un petit moins: le parking un peu limité par rapport au nombre d'occupants C'est certain, nous y reviendrons !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille dans ce beau chalet face au Mont Blanc. Le chalet Ă©tait parfait pour notre week-end en famille, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec de l’espace pour chacun (adultes, enfants et bĂ©bĂ©). La vue est incroyable avec de beaux sentiers aux alentours pour tous les niveaux de randonneurs. Rien Ă  redire au niveau de la communication avant notre sĂ©jour, j’ai eu des retours trĂšs rapides Ă  mes questions. Je ne peux que recommander, nous reviendrons avec plaisir explorer un peu plus ce petit coin paisible ! Laurine

Perfect for bigger groups (families)

We had a fantastic new-years-week with our friends in this big and cozy chalet (6 adults, 5 kids, one dog). We enjoyed the fact that we had three bathrooms and three toilets, cozy sitting chairs and sofas for everyone, a good organised kitchen... The small kids loved it to discover every corner and secret of the house. The adults fought poker battles and absolutely enjoyed the incredible view out of the living room. Our friendly (and patient *lol*) host responded super quickly to every question, we appreciated this a lot. The skiing area starting at Bettex was very nice for advanced skiers and also child friendly. We had very good snow conditions up the telecabines. 100% recommendation for this chalet! :-)

Nous avons quelques jours avec des amis dans ce trÚs beau chalet. La vue est magnifique ! TrÚs calme et bien équipé. La remise des clés et le contact avec la propriétaire sont hyper fluides ! Réponses rapides garanties. Nous avons pu profiter toute la derniÚre journée et cela a été trÚs agréable de ne pas stresser pour faire les valises et quitter le chalet.
