A dedicated alcove provides an additional sleeping area with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The studio comprises 1 bedroom equivalent across its open-plan layout, and it is important to note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as the alcove. The property includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave oven.
