Residence "La Piste", 4 storeys. On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, located by a road. In the complex: storage room for skis. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Téléphérique" 500 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.8 km. Tennis 2 km, skisport facilities 500 m, slopes 9 km, ice rink 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). The residence consists of two buildings: A and B. Access to the building B by lift possible from the building A and then steps or drop-off at the bottom of the building B then steps in.
1-room studio 20 m2 on 1st floor. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 4 m2, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at 150 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
