Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais studio with sleeping area of 28m² that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The studio is on the ground floor, it has a South-East exposure and has a balcony.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The studio is composed of :

- A living room with sofa bed, television and dining area.
- An equipped kitchnette with induction hob, microwave, oven and fridge.
- A sleeping area with bunk bed, at the entrance.
- A bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet.

Additional equipment : common outdoor parking, cellar. Pets allowed.

Appartement et voisinage agréable Petits désagréments avec la porte de la machine à laver qui était cassée avant notre arrivée ( normalement a été remplacé après notre départ) Parking qui était normalement privé a été pris d’assaut à cause du Tour de France qui passait dans la rue juste au-dessous et route bloqué sur 2 jours à cause du même événement
