Gîte La Petite Prairie + annex can accommodate 14 people. Area of La Petite Prairie 145 m2, house on 2 floors and annex of 50 m2 with 1 floor
Périgord style house with every comfort, it is equipped with a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the orchard, ideal house for holidays with family or friends. Very often, this gîte hosts bachelor parties for young girls or boys.
You will find 4 bedrooms including 3 with a double bed (140x200) and 1 with 2 single beds (90x140) + 1 sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x140) distributed on the 1st and 2nd floor. On the ground floor, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with a living room, 1 separate toilet with sink. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with double sinks & toilet. On the 2nd floor, separate toilet and 4 single beds.
The annex has a 7mx5m private swimming pool with a wooden terrace with deckchairs, parasols and solar shower, 1 separate outdoor toilet next to the swimming pool. On the ground floor pool house of 30 m2 with summer kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, bench area, tables + chairs to accommodate 14 people. On the 1st floor, apartment with living room including an open fitted kitchen, lounge area, 2 bedrooms with double bed (140x200), 1 shower, 1 separate toilet with sink
.The gîte has an independent entrance as well as parking spaces reserved for the tenants of this gîte.
Many walks or bike rides can be done starting directly from the Estate to discover our countryside via our small roads or hiking trails. .The tennis court is near the villa, it is available to all guests in the Domaine, as are the ping-pong tables and the pétanque court. We provide you with tennis rackets & balls, ping-pong rackets & balls as well as pétanque balls.

Très bon séjour !

Location conforme à la description, nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte, communication facile, nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette location. Equipements nombreux, cadre parfait pour passer un week-end entre amis. Piscine très agréable, jardin spacieux, merci encore !

Week end entre amis sympathique

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cette résidence à 10 adultes et 3 enfants de moins de 2 ans. Nous avons pu sécuriser l’accès à la piscine grâce aux baies vitrées et aux portillons qui ferment à clé. Les 2 gîtes permettent de profiter de deux ambiances différentes. Le seul hic à été la rigidité sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ de la gérante qui n’a pas souhaité que nous arrivions avant 17h et que nous partions après 10h du fait des obligations de ménage. Dommage.

Tres agréable gite idéalement situé

Très belle location idéalement située pour conjuguer détente avec la piscine et visites touristiques ( Rouffignac, Lascaux, La Roque saint Christophe), au calme, dans la nature avec toutes les commodités. Nous étions 3 familles avec 6 enfants dont deux bébés. À recommander.

Perfect home, nice view, swimming pool+tenniscourt

We had a great stay in one of the houses on Landrevie! We received a warm welcome by the host. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much, especially the very nice view (from the large terrace) and the private swimming pool. We also enjoyed playing pingpong and tennis on the fantastic tennis court, which is shared with the people of the other 5 houses. Our kids also liked using the other (shared) large swimming pool. All of the facilities are in a fabulous state, also because of the good maintenance by the gardener. WIFI was available just outside our house in the neighborhood of the shared swimming pool. Many thanks goes to our host for her great hospitality!
