Cocoonr offers this charming, modernly decorated house for rent in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Villa Nymphéa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining room, and a living room separated by a glass roof. A first bedroom with en suite shower room is also located on this level. Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin.

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and Wi-Fi connection
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Four bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Beds will be made up on arrival.
- Two bathrooms: one with bath, shower and double washbasin, the other with shower
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort: plancha, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private heated swimming pool (weather permitting), open from 1 June to the end of September.

Wunderschöne, ruhige und sehr saubere Unterkunft.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen? Das Haus ist nach allen Kriterien, mit einer sehr guten Note zu bewerten. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit des Aufenthalts sehr wohl. Von Seite des Vermieters ist alles positiv zu sehen, sehr gute Kommunikation. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Zur allerletzt, darf ich nicht vergessen den tollen Pool zu erwähnen. Der Pool ist wirklich eine zusätzlich schöne Sache, der natürlich TOP ist. Wenn´s regnet gibt es eine Art schutz für den Pool. Das Werkzeug für die Reinigung des Pools steht in der Garage. Habe es täglich benutzt. Nur eine kleine Sache, wir waren zu 3 und es gab nur 2 Sonnenliegen. Also eine Sonnenliege von zuhause mittnehmen. Sonnst gibt es nichts zu meckern. Zimmer sind sehr sauber ind die Matratzen in den Betten auch, was für mich sehr wichtig ist. Die Kaution von 400€ wurde natürlich vom Vermieter pünktlich zurückgezahlt. Alles TOP...TOP.. Vielen dank für die wunderschöne Zeit.....

Villa Nymphea J’ai adoré séjourner dans cette superbe maison. L’extérieur était incroyable avec une piscine à couper le souffle. L’agence a été très réactive et arrangeant, offrande un excellent service client. cependant, le ménage n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Quelques zones semblaient avoir été négligées, avec de la poussières ici et la, ainsi qu’une salle de bain qui aurait pu être plus propre. Cela étant dit, je recommande vivement cette location pour son cadre magnifique !
