Cette charmante maison de vacances, située dans une impasse du quartier de Boisvinet, se trouve à seulement 350 m de la plage et à 1500 m du centre ville de Croix de Vie, sa gare, ses marchés et son port de pêche. La pièce principale se compose d'un petit salon simple et d'un espace pour déjeuner. La cuisine, entièrement aménagée et équipée, dispose notamment d’un lave-vaisselle et s’ouvre à l’arrière sur une courette très agréable pour profiter des douces et chaudes soirées d’été. Les 2 chambres sont indépendantes ; l’une avec un grand lit double, l’autre avec deux lits simples. Une salle d’eau ainsi qu’un WC indépendant viennent compléter l’ensemble. L’accès à la cour est également possible par l’extérieur, et le stationnement gratuit est possible dans la rue, juste devant la maison.
