Rest assured: all the common areas of your chalet (playground, swimming pool, entrance...) are new, clean and ready to welcome you for a relaxing holiday! A covered and heated swimming pool available all year round will allow you to unwind and fully enjoy your holiday.
Treat yourself to a relaxing break in this charming recent chalet, nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood near the sea. Ideal for family or friends' holidays, this modern cocoon of 76 m² can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). With its pleasant garden and large terrace, it invites you to fully enjoy the beautiful Vendée days.
Outside, make the most of the 30 m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha, for summer meals in the open air. The verdant garden offers a soothing setting, conducive to relaxation.
Upon entering, you will discover a beautiful, bright and welcoming living space. The living room offers a warm area, perfect for relaxing in front of a good film or sharing an aperitif at the end of the day. Extending from this, a welcoming dining room will allow you to savour your meals in complete conviviality, enjoying the view of the tree-lined garden.
The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living area, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle... everything is there to prepare delicious little dishes. An adjoining pantry offers additional storage space.
At night, the chalet has three comfortable bedrooms. A master suite with a King Size bed (180x200) has its own adjoining bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200), and a third bedroom offers two single beds (80x190), perfect for children. An independent bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete the space.
For your comfort, the chalet is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine and two outdoor parking spaces right in front of the accommodation. On the site, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles – risk of general power outage. Charging points are available in town.
