Appartement fonctionnel parking privé dans la cour très belle vue sur la terrasse

Aimons bien marcher donc avons été plusieurs fois sur le vieux port et le vieux Saint Gilles La plage de Bovinet très proche sympa pour un bain de soleil puisque retour rapide à l appartement juste au pied Balade en bateau et visites des sites expliquant la pêche locale entre autre la pêche à la sardine très interresant

Points positifs : vue très agréable, très bon emplacement , place de parking pratique. Copropriété calme de minuit à 6H30, ca doit être beaucoup plus calme hors saison. Appartement bien agencé pour sa petite taille. Chambre double:conforme au descriptif et bonne literie. Chambre simple:d’environ 3m² je ne sais même pas si l’on peut considérer cela comme une chambre, taille idéale pour une buanderie ou faire dormir un labrador mais pas un enfant de 5 ans et encore moins un adulte. De plus le compteur électrique dans cette pièce fait beaucoup de bruit la nuit (cumulus). Salle de bain:Petite mais fonctionnelle, la paroi de douche est bonne à changer. Beaucoup d’eau s’en échappe. Toilette séparé : RAS. Salon/cuisine : cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Appartement idéal pour 2 personnes seulement. A notre arrivée une fenêtre était cassée, plus d’eau chaude et ménage a été mal exécuté (taches suspectes sur la paroi de douche, traces de savons et dentifrice sur les étagères de la salle de bain, sol collant, toilette et four sales). On peut vraiment se poser la question si l’état des lieux de sortie a été fait. De plus il est fortement déconseillé de fumer une cigarette sur le balcon, alors que rien ne l’interdit, sous peine de se prendre des réflexions par la voisine qui ne supporte pas l’odeur de la fumée tout comme les touristes. Cela fait une bonne dizaine d’année que nous partons avec Abritel et c’est la première fois que nous sommes un peu déçu.

Les suivis mails et SMS sont très présents et inutiles ou incomplets ! Ah oui, quitter une location à 8h45, c'est tôt ! Pour terminer sur une touche positive, bravo pour la propreté et l'entretien et pour la qualité de la literie.

Bel appartement lumineux très bien équipé. Terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Localisation idéale à 50m de la plage 10 mns à pied de l'embarcadère pour île d'Yeu. 20 mns de centre ville à pied. Petits défauts sur l'annonce il est noté 4 personnes c'est un peu juste. 2 adultes parfait. Une table extérieur un peu plus grande avec 4 chaises serait parfait. De très bon restaurant. Une chose aussi c'est très calme.
