Welcome to Les Bains de Mer - "Le Cocon", a delightful little townhouse ideally located right in the heart of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Perfectly laid out to accommodate up to 4 guests, it lives up to its name ("The Cocoon"): it is a truly warm and intimate haven. Combining the charm of a functional pied-à-terre with the ultimate luxury of a hyper-central location, it is the dream starting point to enjoy the pleasures of the seaside resort in complete serenity, as a couple or a small family.

Right from the doorstep, the house reveals a living area designed to optimize every moment of your stay. The living room, equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sofa, wraps you in a soft and relaxing atmosphere. It perfectly connects to a lovely, fully equipped, and very cleverly designed kitchen. Nothing is missing for your everyday comfort: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, but also a dishwasher and a washing machine discreetly integrated. The friendly little extra? Raclette and fondue sets are at your disposal to share delicious gourmet moments after a long walk on the coast.

The sleeping area has been arranged to guarantee rest and privacy, offering great flexibility to adapt to your group:
The Bedroom: A beautiful, cozy bedroom offering a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm). Depending on your needs, this large bed can be separated into two independent single beds (Twin beds setup 90x200cm).
Extra bedding: The living room sofa is a high-quality sofa bed, easily accommodating two additional guests.
For your comfort, the house features a modern bathroom with a nice shower, as well as separate toilets.
(Please note: To make stays easier for young parents, a complete baby kit including a travel cot, a mattress, and a high chair is provided free of charge).

The privilege of this townhouse is offering you a lovely furnished outdoor area. This intimate terrace is a real breath of fresh air in the heart of the city. You will enjoy a dining area to savor your lunches in the sun, as well as a "chill" corner with comfortable seating to read or have an aperitif in complete tranquility after the beach.

For swimming, the charming and family-friendly Boisvinet beach, nestled in its picturesque cornice, is only 800 meters from the house. Walking and cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate the quick access to the legendary Vélodyssée cycle path.

Mandatory fees (Essential Services):
End-of-stay cleaning (Mandatory): €45 per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a respectable condition: clean dishes and emptied bins).
Bed linen and towel flat rate (Mandatory): €10 per person. This fee allows us to provide hotel-quality linen (beds are made upon your arrival), bath towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), and kitchen towels.
Your Comfort Options (Upon request):
Early check-in (subject to availability): €50.
