A l'étage, la pièce principale se distingue par son salon très cosy, sa cuisine et son espace repas, adaptés pour accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes. Elle s'ouvre sur un petit balcon offrant une vue sur Croix de Vie. La chambre est indépendante et se compose d'un grand lit double.
