Située face à la Plage de Boisvinet et de son club de voile, tout proche des commerces et du marché de Croix de Vie, vous ferez tout à pied ou à vélo. L'ensemble a été rénové tout en gardant 'charme et authenticité' du lieu. La grande pièce à vivre vous offre une magnifique vue sur l'océan, tout comme les 2 chambres situées à l'étage. La cuisine est indépendante et bien équipée. Une chambre parentale et une salle d'eau sont situées en rez de chaussée. A l'étage, 2 chambres sur 3 conviendront plutôt à des enfants. Un espace à l'avant de la maison a été créé, à l'abri des regards, pour prendre les repas en famille ou entre amis.
