Your vacation rental, arranged on 2 levels includes: On the ground floor: Entrance hall, living room with kitchenette currently being equipped, the Thailand bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with private bathroom (shower and toilet). Upstairs: the Australia bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with its private bathroom (shower and toilet). No washing machine. Outside: Private terrace of 12 m², private courtyard and garden of 100 m² currently being developed. Very close to Dinan (5 km), nestled between orchard and forest, this bright holiday home is perfect for a break in a peaceful, revitalising place, where you can relax and travel. Indeed, the rooms each have their own decoration inspired by the trips made by Clothilde and Antoine: you will even find recommendations annotated in their guides! But, rest assured, you will also find suggestions and wise advice for discovering the region. Dinan, a medieval city of character with its shopping streets, its marina, Saint-Malo and its ramparts (30 km), Dinard and its beaches, its casino (27 km), Cap Fréhel (50 km) and Mont Saint-Michel (60 km). At certain times of the year, this house is transformed into a Guest House, in order to enjoy a stay with breakfasts where conviviality will necessarily operate with your Hosts who live right next door.
