334 Captain John Fripp villa has stunning views of the ocean! This villa is not only steps away from the beach, but also has a private pool for villa tenants only. The location of this villa is extremely private as the patio is not shared with any other units like most are within the regime. The patio extends on to large grassy lawn.

In this unit you will find newly renovated bathrooms. This villa has luxury vinyl flooring and new paint throughout. The kitchen also has brand new appliances as well as in unit washer and dryer to use at your convenience.

Upstairs has two newly renovated bedrooms and also another renovated bathroom.

Amenity cards and golf cart are available at an additional cost.

Fripp Island boasts 2 championship golf courses. The greens are incredible and the views are even better!

We have 3 and 1/2 miles of unspoiled and uncrowded wide beach.

The island has 8 clay tennis courts-lit for play when it's dark.

Walk out the patio doors for play on the lawn, stroll on the beach, or a swim in the pool.

Take your family across the complex to the beach club which has a food court, shopping, fitness center, business center, and other pools.

Amenity cards are available for additional purchase. They are needed for use of restaurants, golf, tennis, and pools other than our complex pool.
