Welcome to our apartment located just 50 metres from the ocean and the Sion Corniche, which connects Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.

Sandy beaches, coves, and natural rock pools await you just a short walk away.

Close to numerous seaside, leisure, and cultural activities, the apartment is ideally located for exploring Noirmoutier Island, Yeu Island, Les Sables-d’Olonne, or for a day trip to Puy du Fou.

Perfectly equipped for a holiday as a couple or with family, the accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed (120 x 190 cm) in the living room.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented upon request.

Cleaning is not included in the rental price.

Très bon séjour et bon accueil

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Dès notre arrivée, tout était parfaitement propre, bien organisé et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités et parfait pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme des lieux ainsi que la qualité des équipements mis à disposition. Un grand merci également au concierge pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour !

Petit appartement très sympa, propre et surtout très bien fourni. nous avons passé de très bonne vacances, belle région. petits problèmes pour l'accueil plusieurs personnes s'occupaient et ne correspondait pas, on ne sait plus sur qu'elle pied danser. c'est un peu dommage, mais contant du logement et du séjour.
