Ideally located between Saint-Jean-de-Monts and Saint-Hilaire and able to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children, this accommodation is perfect for fully enjoying the pleasures of the Vendée coast: swimming, sandcastles, long walks on foot or by bike along the coastline, or gourmet discoveries at the market. From the balcony, breathe in the sea air and let yourself be lulled by the maritime atmosphere at any time of the day.
Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence (without a lift), this holiday apartment offers you all the comfort necessary for a seaside stay. Cross the reception corridor to access the living area that opens onto the balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave and all the elements necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a Tassimo, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the indoor dining table for 6 people. The lounge area welcomes you for moments of relaxation with a sofa, coffee table and television.
The night area consists of three sleeping arrangements. Two through bedrooms, located on the left side of the accommodation, each have a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage wardrobe. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (120x190 cm), perfect for comfortably accommodating two children.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The toilets are separated for greater convenience.
