The bathroom with shower has also been recently refurbished. In addition to enlarging the apartment, the balcony (with garden furniture) offers a permanent view of the sea and the corniche. Perfect for breakfast or for having a drink! A garage that can accommodate a small car is available in the residence.



The situation is ideal for recharging in the iodine-rich atmosphere of Saint-Hilaire de Riez and letting yourself be lulled by the waves! The corniche path starts at the foot of the apartment and runs along coves and rocks, passing by the Trou du Diable and the Cinq Pineaux. At any time of day, the path can be used for sporting outings, for strolling or cycling. Swimming and relaxation on the beach at 30m are available to you. A few steps further on, restaurants and terraces allow you to enjoy some good times! On this Atlantic coastline, foot fishermen as well as water sports enthusiasts will find spots for their activities. Just 4 km away, you can reach the port of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, which is active all year round. You can walk along the quays amongst the boats, find souvenirs in the shopping streets and attend events scheduled for the fine weather.
