You will also have a large garage to park your vehicle safely, as well as a vast outdoor terrace with electric awning, sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a garden table with chairs for your outdoor meals.



Located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, the house benefits from a privileged location, close to beaches, bike paths, local markets and superb pine forests. Nearby, you can visit the island of Noirmoutier, discover the Atlantic Toboggan amusement park, enjoy the nautical base of Sion, stroll through the port of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or explore Dino's Park, which is very popular with children.
