Pleasant holiday

Great location, very quiet and so well equipped. Everything you need, apart from a washing machine. Beds were comfortable and we had no issue. Easy to get to. I was surprised there was no communication as to what to do with the keys on check out day despite sending a text to the owner. We ended up leaving them in the secure box where we found them on arrival. All in all, a very enjoyable part of our holiday

Séjour parfait avec nos enfants et petits enfants. La maison est propre, la cuisine pratique, il ne manque absolument rien. Les lits sont très confortables. On sent que Stéphanie et Franck ont à cœur le bien-être de leurs locataires. Entre les petites attentions, le sapin de Noël, le linge de maison en quantité et bien présenté: des petits plus qui font plaisir et toute la différence. Très bonne adresse, logement bien équipé et décoré de très bon goût, tout est fourni.Dommage que la piscine de la résidence ne fonctionnait pas . 30 cm d eau seulement, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour.Je recommande l adresse sans hesitation

Beispielgebende Rundumversorgung

Man wird durch ein ordentliches und sortiertes Haus begrüßt. Eine voll eingerichtete Küche, ausreichend Kühlmöglichkeiten und großer Essenstisch stehen bereit. Dazu gibt es ein getrenntes Badezimmer von der Toilette, welches viele Vorteile, gerade in der Früh, bietet. Ergänzt wird das stimmige Bild durch ordentliche und gut dimensionierte Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Zwei Kingsize Betten jeweils separiert in den Zimmern und ein Doppelstockbett für die Kids in einem der Zimmer sind sehr gut durchdacht. In der Galerie, oberhalb der Küche, steht eine kleine Wohnstube für Entspannung zur Verfügung, die Couch lässt sich problemlos zu einem Klappbett für 2 weiter Personen umbauen. Ein Fernseher im Wohnbereich und ein Fernseher in der Galerie kann man nutzen. Durch das kostenlose Internet mit Gigabitanbindung kann man sogar seine Heimatkanäle schauen. Der Außenbereich ist typisch atlantisch gestaltet. Ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen, Grill und Sonnenschirm warten auf Benutzung und laden zu einem gemütlichen Spieleabend ein. Direkt hinterm Haus befindet sich der Parkplatz. Hier hat mein einen kurzen Weg um das Auto zu beladen und man hat es die ganze Zeit im Blick. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem erreicht man die Biscaya und alle regionalen Sehenswürdigkeiten in unter 20min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind durch kleinere Läden und große Einkaufsketten gesichert. Die Vermieter kann man jederzeit erreichen, welches ein deutlicher Vorteil ist.Zusammengefasst: Hervorragend!

Une excellente semaine au sein de la région vendéenne nous avons beaucoup aimer cette région et la location de vacance bien situé. Bien Propre et très agréable pour séjourner…. Les propriétaires sont très agréable et font tout pour que l'on manque de rien… Il manque juste une petite boulangerie a proximité pour les croissant chaud du matin!!! Pourquoi ne pas mettre un point chaud dans ce petit centre de vacances? lol Beaucoup de sports sont a dispositions… Je pense que nous reviendrons malgré les km car nos enfants ont été aussi enchantés!!! Merci d'avoir proposer votre location, elle est top…. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour…

Une maison très agréable !

Il y a tout pour une famille, jeux, grand espace de vie et beaucoup d'équipements. La maison est très propre et agréable, le seul bémol est l'emplacement, il faut prévoir les vélos. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour alternant visites et plage !
