Sa pièce de vie de 48 m² est lumineuse. La cuisine est équipée d'un lave vaisselle et s'ouvre sur une magnifique verrière, véritable jardin d'hiver. Le balcon, côté sud, offre une très belle vue sur la mer, tout comme la chambre parentale, à l'étage. La seconde chambre a une salle d'eau privative et la 3ème est idéale pour les enfants. En rez de jardin, se trouve une grande pièce de 26 m² accessible depuis l'extérieur ainsi que 2 chambres, une salle d'eau avec WC et une lingerie.
