This home includes a heated pool, boat lift, 3 bedrooms, large outside screened in deck with amazing views, and plenty of space to park your boat trailer! Bring your boat, out to the gulf within minutes! This home is located in a quiet neighborhood across from a preserve but still in the heart of St. James City. St. James offer restaurants and bars, the real old Florida lifestyle.
Pool Heating Notice:
The pool is equipped with a residential heater; however, please note that residential pool heaters are only designed to effectively heat and maintain water temperature when outdoor temperatures are consistently above 65°F. During colder weather, especially below this threshold, the heater may run but will not be able to maintain the desired temperature. Pool temperature is also dependent on overall weather conditions, including cold fronts and wind.

The yard was overgrown. You couldn’t walk down either side of the house without getting slapped in the face with palm frawns. The electric on the dock is in serious need of maintenance. The inside of the house was nice and clean no complaints there. Curb appeal goes along ways though.

Great vacation spot

Very nice place. Quiet neighborhood with lots of walking trails. Nice pool and lanai. Plenty of great food nearby shops and things to do. This place has everything you need for a great getaway!
