BEAUTIFUL GULF ACCESS DEEP CANAL HOME .

Immaculate saltwater canal Gulf access with no bridges minutes from open water. It doesn't get any better than this. Look no further this new 2017 home will surely make your stay extremely comfortable. Large enclosed 12 x 28 Lanai overlooking the water with A/C is extremely relaxing and quiet. Large concrete dock allows for gathering next to the water and enjoyment of nature. Dolphins and Manatees do go up and down the channel and are an extra treat when seen. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed and there is a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Boat lift is not available for use. Plenty of place to dock on the seawall for a boat up to 25 ft.

Wonderful experience start to finish!

Great vacation!

Loved this place! We were able to rent a boat and dock it on the boat dock on the property. This place was clean and had everything we needed! Fun game room and views.

Great boater's getaway!

We loved our stay. The property was clean and newer and the location was great for boating. It's been less than a year since the hurricane so there is still hurricane damage (but not at this property!) and there is still a lot of rebuilding in this area, but we are so glad we came back and we'll be back again next year.

Great place to bring the family

The stay was great. Only had time to stay three nights but we had a blast. Brought our two see doos and rented a boat from a local marina. The house had plenty of room for all 6 of us. We will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time! The home was immaculate and very well supplied. We definitely plan to make this trip again!! The owner was very quick with his response anytime I had a question. But I assure you we didn't have to reach out for much of anything! I would highly recommend this home!
