Single-story apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house with private garden, separate entrance: living room-kitchen-lounge (1 step to access the kitchen - 1 double sofa bed 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (shower + toilet). 2 private parking spaces. Ski/bike storage. La Maison des soeurs is a spacious single-story apartment with a small, private, bucolic garden. The building housed the former dispensary of the Château de Chaffardon, in a peaceful residential area located 900 meters from the village shops. The cottage offers generous volumes, all opening onto the adjoining garden, and all linens are included. On the heights of Chambéry, 9 km from the city center, and at the entrance to the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park, lies the village of Saint-Jean-d'Arvey. Numerous family resorts are nearby: Savoie Grand Revard is 12 km away, Les Aillons Margeriaz is 24 km away. In summer, the nearest beach, Lake Bourget, is just 18 km away, ideal for swimming or water sports.
