A fully equipped kitchen with: fridge/freezer, an extractor hood, a microwave, a 3-burner induction hob, a sink, a kettle, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, a citrus juicer, a fondue maker, a raclette maker, a crepe maker.
A dining room with a table (with extension) and six chairs + two additional chairs
A living room space with a sofa bed (160x200), television, a coffee table. The wood-burning stove is condemned. Electric shutters.
On the first floor:
A first bedroom with a convertible sofa bed that can be transformed either into a double bed or two single beds (2x80x190)
A bathroom with an Italian-style shower, a washbasin, a toilet, a towel dryer, a hairdryer
