The 80 m² upper floor includes 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a dressing room, a dormitory with 5 single beds, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. In the basement, a 70m² games room equipped with an adult billiards table, a children's billiards table, an adult foosball table, a children's foosball table, and a ping-pong table. Outside: tennis court.
