On the second floor of a typical Basque house, it offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the Rhune and the rooftops of the city.
The beach is at 50 meters, the square and the port 400 meters, shops and restaurants are all around, nearby.
With an area of 52 M2, the sunny apartment is facing south is with 3 windows including 2 French windows overlooking a balcony that runs along the front. It consists:
1 ° / large living room (26 M2) with mainly Basque furniture which includes a table with 6 chairs, a wardrobe and a coffee table with seats. A sofa, some paintings, lamps, carpets complete this set with very neat decoration.
2 ° / a room with 2 single beds with 3 closets and communicating with one side of the living room, and the other side the bathroom.
