It comprises: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator), a living room, and a lounge area - an adjoining pantry (washing machine, freezer) - 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed - a bathroom with a shower and a corner bathtub - a toilet The cottage opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and a small garden. The unheated swimming pool (7x3.5m, 1.40m deep), secured by a curtain and with a fenced perimeter, is available to guests from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday (weather permitting). A shared summer kitchen with a plancha grill and garden furniture is available. The owners are free to use these spaces outside of these hours. For your comfort, beds are made ready for your arrival, and towels are available for rent. Baby equipment is available upon request. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Parking is available on the property. You will be staying 1.5 km from the beaches and 5 km from the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. A skate park is 150 m away.
