The house is just 5 minutes from the center of Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, in the quiet La Combe du Moulin district, facing a wooded leisure area with tennis courts, ping-pong tables, sports trails, hiking paths, picnic spots, and barbecues. Nearby, you'll also find a treetop adventure park and skatepark. For winter sports, Les Sybelles ski area is 20 minutes away, and the Orelle gondola to Val Thorens is 25 minutes by car. Val Thorens, Europe's highest ski resort, is part of Les Trois Vallées, the world’s largest ski area with 600 km of slopes, and is open from late November to early May. Cyclists can tackle legendary Tour de France passes like Col de la Croix de Fer, Col du Galibier, and the famous Lacets de Montvernier. Numerous hiking trails lead to the Aiguilles d’Arves and the Étendard glacier, with an accessible walking circuit right across from your accommodation.
