Outside, you will be able to enjoy an enclosed garden, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a beautiful 35 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying good outdoor grilling or for relaxing in the sun.
The accommodation opens onto a bright and welcoming living space, comprising a lounge area with television, a dining area, and an open-plan American kitchen. This space, flooded with light thanks to the bay windows, opens directly onto the garden.
The kitchen, modern and well-designed, has everything you need to prepare your meals as if at home: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and all the utensils you may need.
On the sleeping side, the corridor to the right of the entrance leads you to a first bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200), as well as a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and an independent WC. From the lounge, a staircase leads to a nicely arranged mezzanine, which offers a second bed in a double bed (140x200). The layout of this space makes it ideal for a couple of friends or older children.
For added comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and two parking spaces located right in front of the accommodation.
