Impression d'ensemble plutôt bonne pour cet appartement en grande partie rénové (sauf toilettes anormalement basses et une partie de la cuisine avec lave-vaisselle en fin de course)Très bien situé, balcon de bonne taille face à l'océan, à proximité des bars/restaurants. Manque un accès wi-fi, quasi indispensable aujourd'hui. Le garage est un vrai plus.
