Chalet Ysopi is an OVO Network property. Between St Jean de Sixt and Le Grand Bornand, it sleeps nine people (six adults and three children) in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms.

Chalet Ysopi, between Saint-Jean-de-Sixt and Le Grand-Bornand, sleeps nine people (six adults and three children) in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms.

This modern chalet, which has recently been renovated, is a really practical choice for families. It offers a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a cosy living room with sofas around a wood-burning stove, as well as a television and a PS4 console which will be perfect for children. There's also a toilet on the ground floor and a useful laundry room.

Take your meals at the large dining table, or open the doors onto the sunny balcony and eat al fresco – perhaps a barbecue?

The four bedrooms are compact, but have plenty of storage. There are two doubles (one en suite) and a twin room, as well as a triple room with sloping ceilings which is perfect for children. There's also a family bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Chalet Ysopi has plenty of parking space and overlooks a small road, which is little used and unlikely to disturb you.

There is plenty to do in the area around Chalet Ysopi – great skiing in the winter, and in the summer, you can choose from biking, riding, hiking and much more. Don't forget to try out the Bun-J ride – a cross between ski-jumping and bungee jumping!

Note: The fourth bedroom is located in the attic. Bright, it is ideal for children. Please note that Chalet Ysopi is situated on one of the road to Le Grand-Bornand (where the ski fields are), which makes it very convenient in winter but does mean that the area can be lively with occasional traffic during peak times.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Maison idéale pour l’été dans les Aravis

Maison charmante et bien équipée, idéalement située à quelques minutes en voiture de La Clusaz et du Grand-Bornand, offrant un accès facile à la magnifique région des Aravis. Le logement est particulièrement adapté aux séjours estivaux, grâce à son aménagement spacieux et sa proximité des sentiers de randonnée et des activités de plein air. La route devant peut être assez fréquentée, surtout aux heures de pointe.

Nous avons apprécié: l'emplacement à proximité des commerces (5 minutes en voiture) et des pistes (15 minutes) qui nous a parfaitement convenu ; La vue sympa et l'espace de vie qui est grand pour un logement de montagne. Particulièrement dans notre cas puisque nous n'étions que 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet YSOPI !

The chalet is what it looks like on the pictures!

We enjoyed the sunny terrace with mountain view, the cosy lounge area (with PS4), the well equiped kitchen. Note that you need a car to drive to St.Jean de sixt or le Grand Bornand for your groceries. In the area you have several ski areas, good for cycling too in summer (Col de la Colombière and Col des Aravis).
