It comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Basement:
- Storage room for bikes and ski equipment, with washing machine
First floor:
- 19 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Mezzanine sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, and balcony access
Outside :
- A beautiful 400 m² garden
- A covered 9m² south-facing terrace with furniture
- A second 6m² uncovered terrace facing west with furniture
- A 4m² covered balcony on the first floor
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Activities:
- Skiing at La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, two family-friendly ski resorts with varied slopes and alpine views.
- Rock-climbing in the Aravis, on the varied natural cliffs around Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, with over 500 routes for all levels.
- Hiking on the Plateau de Beauregard, panoramic trails accessible in summer and winter, with views of Mont Blanc.
- Discover the Plateau des Glières, an important Resistance site nestled in the mountains, ideal for hiking, Nordic skiing and historical remembrance.
- Mountain biking or bicycle touring in the Aravis valley, routes for all levels, between forests, mountain pastures and typical Savoyard villages.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. A garage is also available to park one more vehicle.
