This 110m² gîte is spread over two levels with landings. On the ground floor, there is a simple kitchen and dining area, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with three single beds. A bathroom with a small bathtub and toilet is also available. Located in the heart of a small hamlet, "Chez Paul" is a comfortable and functional gîte, and you'll appreciate its amenities. Thanks to its private courtyard, directly accessible from the kitchen, you can enjoy the terrace for your outdoor meals. To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon arrival. The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water)
