Just 5 km from Pointe de la Torche, a must-visit spot for surf and water sports enthusiasts, you will be perfectly positioned to enjoy the waves and wild beaches of Audierne Bay. Hiking lovers? Discover the GR34 trail, offering exceptional panoramas of the Breton coast. This house is the ideal base for an escape between nature, ocean, and cultural discoveries.
Open the door and discover a welcoming dining room, equipped with a table that can accommodate 4 guests. The kitchen, independent but with a window overlooking the dining room, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. Behind the kitchen, a comfortable living area with a sofa and two armchairs invites you to moments of relaxation with family or friends. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a toilet. The first is a large bedroom equipped with a double bed 140x190 cm and a wardrobe. The second, more intimate, also has a double bed 140x190 cm.
