I loved the location of the property. Overlooking the ocean and the restaurant was open for breakfast lunch and dinner right on site. The owners were delightful. The food was very good. The property could use a little TLC. The beds were uncomfortable and the slider was in a rough shape. I wish there was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker in the room as well.

The bathroom needs updating desperately, however the room was clean and the food was very good at the restaurant.

This "motel" was 3 rooms in a single small building. If we had any other options, we wouldn't have even gone through the door. I knew from the pictures that it wasn't updated, but I was not expecting it to be dirty and totally run down. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting as was the tub. I killed bugs in the tub and on the floor. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet taking off. The beds were creaky and sagged in the middle. The small deck was rickety, and the steps in the front and off the deck were scary. There were gaps around the door and we couldn't lock the window. When i checked in, the woman was ok, but didn't seem concerned with anything. And at checkout, there was no inquiry as to how we liked our stay. I'm sure that's because she didn't want to hear the answer. The one saving grace was the view of the Bay of Fundy - it was spectacular.

Gorgeous location and rustic hotel

beautiful location. Loved the meal on the porch overlooking the water. We enjoyed our one-night stay. The room was adequate, though the blinds on the windows don't block out the morning light, the bathroom is a bit tight, the bathroom fan is loud, and the WiFi didn't work at first.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Bay Breeze!! This place is very clean. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed the food and the view. Most of all the welcoming service is above and beyond. Anytime we get back to New Brunswick we make sure we stay here. Thanks again!

View to Die For!

Doesn't matter about anything else but the unbelievable view! It was the sturgeon moon and this place certainly didn't disappoint where it came to beauty! Unbelievable

The Baybreeze motel is a hidden gem! The owners are absolutely amazing and were so accommodating to us after a mix up in schedule timings. The food here was incredible and conveniently located right next door and the property itself is stunning! We will definitely be returning some day ❤️
