Comfy, affordable for a quick stop.

Good hotel to sleep. Fully booked at time of our visit. Which resulted in the breakfast bar being depleted 1 hour before the end of "breakfast time" . Comfy bed, clean hallways and staircases. No elevators. Iverall good stay, just not a fan of people, lol!

At check in Dustin was super quick, helpful, efficient and very personable. He gave us directions to several places we needed to get to and offered to help wi the our bags, which we graciously declined as he was super busy at the desk.

Great staff and super helpful. Check in was a breeze and they helped with the best spots to park in this very spread out property. Additionally, they helped out with reading the tidal charts as I was making a mess of them. They saved me about 5 hours of standing around at Hopewell Rocks waiting to walk on the ocean floor. Nice clean room with a very comfy king bed. Plenty of power for all of our re-charging needs.

The staff here were fantastic and very accommodating for all of our requests. The hotel itself is located in a somewhat rougher area of Saint John, but it is close to the highway and not far from the downtown core. The continental breakfast was on point, and the press-button pancakes were a big hit with our crew. The guest laundry option was also wonderful as we stayed for over a week, so we used the washer and dryer on the second floor a couple of times. Overall, a lovely experience!

The manager and front desk personal were very kind and helpful. When I thought my car was hit during the night or early in the morning they went and checked their cameras for me and tried to help me figure out what happened. Also when I needed help finding some stores and all I was getting were stores that were farther away the manager helped me find them on my gps.
