Chalet Kalyssia in an OVO Network property. A very unique property - sleeping 11 (10 adults and a child), the accommodation is split over two buildings.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

The main chalet has three bedrooms sleeping seven, with three bathrooms, and the annexe has two double en suite bedrooms, as well as a great family living room with a billiard table and games. The layout makes Chalet Kayssia the perfect choice for two families who want a holiday together, but still need their own privacy. However, when you want to get together there's plenty of room, both in the main chalet and in the huge games room in the annexe.

We think Chalet Kalyssia has all the luxury ingredients for the perfect holiday - there's an outdoor hot tub with stunning views over Lake Annecy and the mountains, and in summer, there's even a pool (open from Mid-March to Mid-November). With sunbathing on the deck, a barbecue and plancha grill, it's going to be difficult to tear yourself away!

With all this, plus a leisure area, we think Chalet Kalyssia is going to be a popular choice all year round - there's always something happening with a short drive and so much more to explore if you venture a little further.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

The heated outdoor pool is available between March 15th and end of All Saints' Days holidays. From March 15th to May 1st and from September 30th to November, the pool benefits from a removable cover allowing guests to use it despite bad weather. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. The property is equipped with an exterior security camera pointing at the entrance of the house and car park. It can be turned off during your stay at your request. There is no other camera inside the property. Note: the garage is not available between May 1st and September 30th (the pool cover is stored there). On simple request to your manager, you can benefit from the following services: mid-stay cleaning, a home chef for lunch, dinner or receptions as well as breakfast deliveries. Extra services will be invoiced separately. Please note that any additional cleaning during the stay is offered at a flat rate of €400.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Perfect Accommodation with a Stunning View and Great Amenities

The accommodation was perfect for our group over the weekend. The view was great, the hot tub was a highlight, and the place was beautifully and modernly decorated. We felt very comfortable. The only downsides were the somewhat sparse number of bathrooms and toilets (no toilet in the master bedroom). Overall, it was a very successful stay!

Really lovely views

Really lovely views, it did get quite hot inside during the hot days, I have a toddler and I would say it’s not necessarily the safest when out on the deck, there are some very high drops in places and it made me very nervous, and I couldn’t relax and just let him play. The host was very polite and friendly.

Excellent in most parts

Great place for groups or families. Positives fantastic pool hot tub steam room, beans in the coffee machine, WIFI, netflix, seating areas, BBQ, views, security, ambiance. Bath robes, Negatives. Not suitable for large vehicles ie camping car, on side of steep hill with difficult access must have car, no wc in master bed room, not all lights worked, disposing if recyclables, no tea towels or cleaning cloths, no pool towels. Overall we had a fantastic time and there was no need to leave the chalet. Negatives given to indicate opportunities to make it even better we would happily rebook next year.

Accueil très sympathique par Ingrid. Chalet bien équipé mais pour une grande famille, il manque une toilette dans le chalet principal. Les aménagements extérieurs mériteraient un peu plus de sécurité, notamment au niveau des garde-corps de terrasse manquants. Enfin, le check-out est un peu tôt sachant que le check-in est en fin de journée.

Ingrid est très gentille et accueillante mais reste discrète lors du séjour, ce qui est très appréciable. Le chalet est très bien décoré et bénéficie d'une très jolie vue. En revanche, les extérieurs ne sont pas assez sécurisés pour accueillir des petits chiens ou des enfants.

Le chalet est idéalement situé, à proximité d’un village très sympa. La vue est fantastique, les extérieurs sont également incroyables. Les intérieurs sont de qualité. La pièce de vie est un peu trop sombre à mon goût, mais quand on peut vivre dehors, cela n’a pas d’importance.

Chalet de haut standing, de belles pièces. Une cuisine super équipée, une vue formidable, le lieu est très propre. L’annonce correspond à ce que nous avons eu sauf le hammam qui était hors d’usage et nous l’avons appris que le jour de notre arrivée ce qui est un peu dommage.

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique chalet. Assez court mais reposant dans ce cadre parfait. La météo n’était pas au rendez-vous mais nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi et de cette vue incroyable sur le lac et les montagnes. Pour ce qui est du chalet; celui-ci est magnifique et décoré avec beaucoup de goût! Il est tellement chaleureux que nous nous sommes senti chez nous directement. Services proposés par Ingrid (traiteur, taxi..) parfait cela facilite l’organisation d’un séjour. Enfin l’accueil d’Ingrid était irréprochable! Très sympathique et dynamique.
