Cocoonr offers this chalet for rent, overlooking Saint-Jorioz and revealing a 180° view of Lake Annecy. Set between the lake and the mountains, this is an ideal cocoon of nature and peace, in an authentic, unspoilt setting.
Ideal for a family or friends stay, the chalet is composed as follows:
Living room:
- Large living room with cosy lounge and fireplace
- Dining area for 6 people
- Separate WC
- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, crockery and cutlery for 8)
- East-facing terrace with table, chairs and parasol, accessible directly from the living room
Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200) facing south with lake and mountain views
- Bedroom 2: south-facing double bed (160x200) with lake and mountain views
- Office area
- Storage space for suitcases
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bath

The Chalet is in a quiet location close to the village of Saint-Jorioz, less than 10 minutes' drive from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path at the foot of the chalet for access to the region's most beautiful mountain passes, including the Semnoz.
- Shops: Supermarket (Super U), newsagent, bakery, butcher, florist, bank, etc. 6 minutes' drive away.
What to do :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 serve Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). The nearest bus stop is 1.2 km from the accommodation (uphill).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, 3 private parking spaces are available with the Chalet.
