Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Chalet Prairie, a charming, recently renovated 150 m² chalet, ideally located in Saint-Jorioz, just a few hundred metres from Lake Annecy, the cycle path and the village centre.
Set in peaceful, rural surroundings, this authentic-style chalet is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. You'll love its warm atmosphere, cosy fireplace in winter and large terrace with mountain views in fine weather. Its 900 m² private garden completes this idyllic setting.
The chalet comprises

- Large living room with semi-open-plan kitchen, dining room for 8 and lounge around the fireplace.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200 cm), fitted wardrobes, mountain view.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together, wardrobes, mountain views.
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin.
- Separate WC.
Garden level:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together.
- Bedroom 4: a single bed (90x200 cm) suitable for a child.
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, there are two parking spaces in front of the house.
