In the heart of the village of Saint-Jorioz, just a few hundred metres from Lake Annecy, Cocoonr offers this spacious 63 m² T3 flat for rent, combining comfort, modernity and a prime location.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor of a residence with lift and private parking, this single-storey accommodation is ideal for enjoying the lake, mountains and all amenities on foot.

- Kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped (oven - microwave - induction hob - dishwasher - raclette machine - Nespresso coffee machine - filter coffee machine...)
- Lounge area with TV (classic channels)
- Dining room for 4/5 people
Sleeping area :

- Bedroom 2 - two single beds (90x200)
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
