We live in a residential area of Saint-Jorioz, close to the village center and the lake. The neighborhood is very quiet away from the noise of the village in the summer or the shores of the lake. Journeys can be made easily from home with soft modes of travel. The center of Saint Jorioz with Supermarket, cinema, church, weekly market, pharmacy, press, doctor, restaurants, bike rentals..... is 1500 m away.

The house is rated 4 stars by the national standard (Tourism offices of Haute Savoie)

From the house you can reach the lake by bike in less than 10 minutes or join the bike path that takes you to Annecy. The hiking trails to the Semnoz pass in front of the house. We also have a bus stop 100 meters away, very convenient if you want to avoid using your car.

Our house is ideal to easily accommodate 8 people. It is spacious, well designed, 200 m2 with large volumes and a lot of brightness. There are 4 beautiful independent bedrooms, a pretty garden of 1400 m2 where 4 cars can be parked, one of which is in a closed garage of 40 m2.

Designed in the 1970s by an architect, it is in a contemporary style seen from the outside. Inside, it is comfortable, easy to live with. House and garden offer many places to isolate yourself, play, or read.

After parking the car you enter a vestibule. The interior staircase leads to the living room from where you will have a striking view of the Montagne de la Tournette and Lake Annecy. The living room is comfortably furnished, sofas, coffee table armchairs. It extends by a veranda.

Two large bedrooms are on the first level with bathroom with shower and bathtub and a toilet. The master bedroom overlooks a balcony where it is possible to have breakfast, take a nap, or watch the hot air balloons fly over the lake.

The upper floor is accessed by a staircase with an office space on the mezzanine in front of a large bay window with the most beautiful view of the house. It is extended by the "family room" with sofa, large-screen TV, a library and a piano.

The mezzanine corridor serves 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. There is a lingerie that can be used as a rest room for a child.

The rooms, the office space and the family room all have views of the mountains, the lake and the surrounding countryside.

The rooms are oriented to the morning sun and keep the freshness in the evening. in the summer. Similarly, the large volumes allow pleasant natural ventilation at all times.

In front of the house you will find the terrace equipped for meals. It extends through a lawn and the swimming pool. The pool of 8m by 4 is treated with salt. It is secured by an electric roller shutter that complies with safety standards. It is heated if necessary. Next to the veranda a space is provided to place the barbecue or plancha. The terrace and pool are completely isolated from the views of the neighborhood.

Transport
It is preferable as far as possible to use public transport, which is free in the summer. You will find a bus stop 100 m from the house with regular lines to the center of Saint Jorioz, the beach and Annecy. Buses also serve Geneva Airport, located 50 km from Annecy train station.

Cycling is an ideal way to travel to or from Saint Jorioz as well as to get to Annecy... You will find two self-service bicycles in the house.
