On the border of the versatile departments of Puy de Dôme, Allier and Creuse, you will find this charming house in the latter, offering beautiful views in a spacious garden of 1000 m². The garden provides both shaded areas and sunny spots to enjoy on a lounger. The ground floor of this charming house features a living room with a pellet stove, TV, fiber internet and sound system, a large kitchen with all appliances, and a toilet. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is very quietly located, with no direct neighbors, in a small hamlet with a few houses and barns in the beautiful Creuse countryside. Within five minutes lies the village of Evaux les Bains, a spa resort known since Roman times. Here you will find several bakeries, charming shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. There are hiking routes such as l'Arbre du Loup along a 300-year-old oak, and be sure to visit the nearby village of Chambon sur Voueize, once voted one of the most beautiful places in France. Within ten minutes you will find a swimming lake with a pleasant terrace by the water. The Creuse is one of the quietest departments in France and is ideal for nature lovers. A visit to the Millevaches Natural Park is highly recommended, or explore the town of Aubusson, beautifully situated with many terraces and the modern International Tapestry Museum. Highly recommended! In addition, there are many historical towns to visit in the neighboring departments such as Riom and Clermont-Ferrand in the Puy de Dôme. Visit the Vulcania theme park for a spectacular family day out or climb one of the sixty ancient volcanoes. In the Allier, about half an hour away, lies the town of Montluçon for more extensive shopping, or visit the historic city of Vichy. A security deposit of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
