At the crossroads of the Haute-Loire, Loire, and Ardèche regions, nestled in a haven of unspoiled nature, lies the village of Saint Julien Molhesabate. In a peaceful, verdant setting, this single-story cottage is the ideal base for a nature-filled holiday.
Perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation, the "Maison des Sucs" also offers a wide range of activities.

A few kilometers away: the Via Fluvia, a dedicated cycle path, and the village of Saint Bonnet le Froid, a renowned gastronomic destination.
A little further afield: Lake Devesset (30 minutes), the city of Le Puy-en-Velay (1 hour) with its UNESCO World Heritage sites, the city of Saint-Étienne with its many museums, Annonay (40 minutes), the Peaugres Zoo... This semi-detached cottage, sharing a wall with another cottage of the same size, opens onto a private 50m² garden, furnished with garden furniture and a griddle.
